SCHOOL!!

So I am finally proud to say....I will be going to school for the medical assisting program at the Bridgerland Applied Technology College! It makes me feel pretty good about myself that I'm going to be actually accomplishing something! I'm currently on a waiting list to start, due to a high volume of other's wanting to do the same program, but I've already passed my placement test and have some other things to do before fully starting the program. They do a background check and a drug screening before starting these programs. So I just thought I would share my news on going to school finally!! Took me long enough! Sheesh!

Jackson Hole Hill Climbs

Logan we got to Martin's parent's house
around 3 O'clock so he could change is car oil and
while checking his car out he saw a nail or
something similar that was 6" long in the back left
tire...BUT believe it or not, it only went in and
out the tread and didn't puncture the actual tire so
he had it fixed in no time :)

New Hobby

Had a blast this past weekend, finally finding something I really enjoy for a winter sport...as you can probably guess from the pictures..skiing! I used to snowboard but really didn't enjoy it! So my mom talked me into try skiing and I really loved it! It just clicked and I got the hang of it pretty quick, mostly because my mom did a good job on teaching what to do! It was way fun! Plus I got to enjoy a day with my little sister and mam!

Valentines Day

So Happy Valentines Day to everyone....this day is a bit over rated....but we still went on a date and enjoyed ourselves. So we went to The International, which neither Martin nor I was very impressed with, but it was still fun! Then went to Sizzler for dinner, cuz their steaks are always sooo good! We first were going to do dinner then a movie, but everywhere was PACKED! We went to Sizzler first and the line was out the door, so we went across the street to Olive Garden and that was a 85-90 min wait also...so we figured everywhere was going to have the same results for it being lovers day and all! So we made the smart move of going to the show and then dinner, which resulted in no line when we got to Sizzler..yum!

Good Ol' Family Christmas...

The holidays were fun this year, mostly because my whole family was able to be together at our parents house in Bear Lake. Cordie, Michael, Ian, and Olivia flew up from Michigan. Also Lea, Jeff, Gracie and sweet Madilyn flew up from Oregon! And I drove up from Utah. There's nothing better then being with every single person you love during the holidays! We all ate good, watched funny movies, played games, and the best, just sat around catching up with each others lives! So just want my sisters to know that I was so happy they all made it home for Christmas and I love them SO much and glad not one of us got in one fight! ;~) HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Snowmobiling in the new snow....

As soon as the snow starting falling, Martin and his buddies have been in the shop getting their sleds ready and talking about going snowmobiling almost non stop...so since we got dumped on this weekend we all got together early in the morning and drove to Emigration Canyon. The snow was so deep up there, at one point it was up to our shoulders! It was really fun, felt like we were riding on clouds, little cheesy but its seriously how it seems, the powder was so deep you couldn't see anything but white walls around you. The mountains are really beautiful when everything is covered in bright white, there's almost no more peaceful place to be! So here's some pictures of our fun time!

Salt Lake Saturday

So this Saturday Martin and I met my mom, dad, and Hilary down at the Gateway in Salt Lake and went to just guess.....Twilight of course!! It was so good, even Martin didn't think it was to bad! My mom the night before bought Hilary, me and Martin tickets for the last three seats, they weren't bad seats at all and they were all together, because the Gateway cinema is assigned seating. Afterwards we met my parents at P.F. Changs to eat dinner before those three went to the Coldplay concert..lucky! Anyways we had a good time.
